Adhere a penny weight to the bottom of the piece and conceal the mechanism with either the city skyline or one of two edge-only designs that can serve as clouds, snowdrifts, or any other scenic element you can conceive! To limit the side-to-side swing motion, position dimensional adhesive on the back of your panel to prevent the pendulum from swinging too far. Are the wheels spinning yet?
